The amazing variation of Rich’s Yogurt Topping

Arriving in Da Nang on a hot summer day, I excitedly went to Rich's Customer Care Center in Hai Chau District. According to the invitation, Rich's would introduce 4 new and unique applications made with Rich’s Yogurt Topping - a new phenomenon in the beverage world.



The class began when Tran Vinh Khanh – Rich’s senior technical sales representative walked to the central bar. Through the applications of Colors of Summer (Passion Fruit Mocktail with Yogurt Foam) and Soda Yogurt, Khanh demonstrated how to make yogurt foam from Rich’s Yogurt Topping for the first time.

In comparison with milk foam, which has been very popular on the market, Rich’s Yogurt Topping offers the consistent, creamy and yogurt-flavored foam that has a little bit of a salty taste, promising to become a beverage sensation this summer.

Colors of Summer contains lots of acid from passion fruit and fresh lemonade, which makes it a perfect refreshing drink for the summer, but also leaves a headache to many baristas. The reason is that combining sour fruits with yogurt or an acid-intolerant topping could lead to layer separation. Rich’s Yogurt Topping is the solution to this problem. Acid-resistant, the product can be applied in many applications without causing layer separation and still provides a smooth, creamy and refreshing yogurt flavor.

Khanh gently poured the yogurt foam on top of Colors of Summer and Soda Yogurt, finishing his signature drinks and stimulating the curiosity of the participants, making them want to try the new drinks right away.



Especially, Khanh cleverly applied fruit jelly made from Rich’s Fruit Fillings to some of his drinks such as Soda Yogurt, Yomi-Cool and Ice Shake. The jelly has a natural fruit flavor, eye-catching colors and above all is good for the user’s health, since Rich’s Fruit Fillings are made with high-quality fruits and are certified for food safety.
