Rich's Vietnam has implemented an automated notification system via Zalo or SMS for Customer Care Services, Order Status Updates, Event Updates, and Introducing New Products/Applications since July 2023. Customers who complete transactions with Rich's, or interact with the company both online and offline, will receive an automated message including the relevant information. These notices make it easier for customers to check details or accurately take critical notes.

This represents a major stride in Rich's digital transformation, focusing on improving the customer’s seamless experience and providing unparalleled convenience and satisfaction. Moreover, we prioritize the development of the Zalo OA network and Rich's Plus application platform, which offers a wide range of complimentary resources. Users can effortlessly access these materials, whether on the move or by saving them on their devices.

We continuously update and enhance our technology to deliver top-notch service with speed and efficiency. By leveraging the interactive 2-way feature of the Zalo messaging portal, Rich's aims to lead the way in personalized after-sales service, establishing ourselves as a digital transformation leader.
