Sugar syrup 10ml
Cacao powder 3g
Fresh milk 30ml
Dollop (made from Rich's Non-Dairy Creamer and Rich's Whip Topping Base) 30g
Peel the ginger.
Put all ingredients into blender and mix well.
Pour this mixture into the glass.
Decor the glass with dollop (300ml Rich's Whip Topping Base + 200ml Rich's Non-Dairy Creamer), cacao powder and mint leaves.
